We will gladly exchange any item that is returned within a 14-day
period from receiving purchase. Please note the following terms
and conditions:
The item must be returned to the store in its original condition
within 14 days. Shoe boxes must be sent back in an additional box
or wrapped in brown shipping paper. All items must appear to have
absolutely no makeup or deodorant markings, and all tags must still
be on the item. Shoe boxes must me in their original condition and
shoes can not appear to have been worn. Please ensure that the package
you choose to return the item in is the proper form of packaging
to protect the item from harm while shipping.
Closeout items are not returnable under any circumstances. Shipping
will be charged for returned items over $150.00. Online coupons
will be issued for any item not being exchanged, returns are not
accepted
Sorry, but we will charge a 25% restocking fee on items returned
after 30 days of purchase, items in which tags have been removed,
or items not in their original condition. Any items received with
makeup or deodorant will be charged a restocking fee. Any shoes
not returned in the original condition, or whose boxes are damaged
will be charged a restocking fee.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Any exchange will be charged
shipping.

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to
insure the package is returned to our warehouse.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used
for purchase within 90 days of our receiving your returned product,
minus the 25% restocking fee.
Orders are charged in full and items are
shipped to you as they arrive. We do not cancel back-orders, the
customer must do so.
US BodyWare does not utilize the online
shipping status provided by Yahoo.
U.S. BodyWare does not manufacture the
